Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear and bring to the studio?

Dress comfortably so you can move freely. Wear layers! Bring your mat, water, and a towel. You can also bring a blanket (for restorative classes). You can also rent a mat at the studio. Blocks, straps, and other props for class will be provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

Given space constraints and booking considerations, we have a 72 hour cancellation policy.

Where is the studio?

Route 8 Flow(ers) Studio is located in the newly restored barn Kalista Laven at Fyrveien 2, 4563 Borhaug, Norway. The entrance to the studio is the second door (typically a flag hangs outside).

Where should I park?

We suggest parking at the Borhaug church or down by the Havenekiosken and walking to the studio as parking on-site is limited. If you do park in the driveway (which has white stones), please park as close to other cars as possible to maximize the space. Bikes are welcomed! Please do not park on Strandveien as this can be a crowded area due to the bus stop.

There is a bus stop right outside (across the street). It is the stop called ‘Borhaug’. Learn more here: https://www.akt.no/reiseplanlegger/.

Is there any public transportation?

How hot is the room?

Typically, the floor temperature will be set between 17-22. The air temperature ranges between 20-26. The relative humidity is between 40%-60%. Hot yoga is set to a minimum of 26.

What is the language used in the studio?

English is our working language. Norwegian and other languages are welcomed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VIPPS (#580735), cards (before and after class), and bank transfers (contact us for details).
